A while back I wrote a post about this toaster.
I talked about how beautiful it was, and how I fell in love as soon as I saw it at Target. Then I talked about how crappy a job it generally does despite its extensive collection of toaster-y bells and whistles. Several readers suggested I send a link for this post to the customer service persons at Oster, and maybe they'd send me a new toaster, or give me my money back, or otherwise apologize for making me part of this bad, bad love.
So I visited the Oster website. I headed straight to the toaster section so I could get the model number. My first thought upon visiting there?
