On the way home from Chicago Saturday night, Husband suggested I try to find the Red Wings game on the radio. No problem at home, but outside of Kalamazoo (straight south from your ring finger, straight west from the base of your thumb), it is more of a challenge. I scooted around FM for awhile, and didn't find anything, but on AM I was able to find 1660 broadcasting from who-knows-where. That didn't last long, so it may have been coming from the west side of the state and we lost the signal as we drove away from it. I searched around a little more, looking for maybe a Battle Creek station about twenty miles away. Instead, I found WBZ, AM 1030, in Boston. Really. That's what 50,000 watts will do.
The Wings lost to the Bruins, 4-1.
