Nobody is paying me to do this post. Nobody even asked me to do it, either. It's just that I am totally in lurve with a new product I am using, and it's good to share so you can find lurve, too.
I am a coffee drinker. I love regular coffee, and will go cheap if the choice is Starbucks or Starbucks. Unless it's Pumpkin Spice Latte season, then cost is less of an object.
At home, though, I am really the only coffee addict. So brewing a pot always seems to waste a bunch. I know it's cheap, I just hate to pour it out.
So I usually end up with what I call frou-frou coffee, and what the manufacturers cal General Foods International Coffees. I will sell my children for GFIC French Vanilla Nut, though it can be hard to find. I also love their Chai Latte, French Vanilla, Mayan Dark Chocolate, and Swiss White Chocolate.
But wait! Something NEW! GFIC and Maxwell House got together and produced this little gem.
And you know how a good latte is nice and foamy? There is a good half-inch of foam on the top of this bad boy. Check this:
Not to mention creamy. I heat up the water first, then add the coffee mix. When you put it in? It crackles! I'm sure that's from whatever makes it foamy, but it works, and it's fun. Ya gotta love a coffee that greets you in the morning. Out loud.
