- Tuesdays really seem to come pretty quickly anymore. How is it that time flies by so quickly?
- I started writing a post yesterday while waiting at the chiropractor's office. Except my friend Ellie was there, so it was much more fun to chat than to stare at my computer (much as I love my little Jasper). So I'll save that post for tomorrow, which makes me feel like I am ahead of the game.
- Not.
- I am sitting at my usual blogging spot, the dining room table, but the difference today is that the window is open! And there are birds singing outside! Wow.
- The two trees that I can see out that window have buds beginning to show up on the branches.
- Sunday is the start of Daylight Savings Time, which means it will be light in the evenings, which, in turn, means, that I am not going to be able to get away with getting ready for bed at 8 p.m.
- Not that I ever do that.
- Really.
- Okay, sometimes I am ready for bed at 8 p.m. But I usually read or do puzzles until at LEAST 8:30.
- Sometimes even until 10, if you can believe such a thing.
- I have had no back pain since January.

- I know.
- Tomorrow's post will tell you about how I was hired to work at The Henry Ford.
- I couldn't finish it yesterday because Handy Jeff came over to work on our storage. We have one of those houses from the fifties. Three bedroom ranch-style. The two larger bedrooms have double-sliding door closets, totally wasted on my children.
- Husband and I have the smallest bedroom, which is fairly comical with our king-size bed. It also has a traditional, one-door-with-a-doorknob closet. Except the closet is the depth of two closets. Part of it is made up with the space over the basement stairs, which leaves lots of poorly-planned, hard-to-reach space.
- So Handy Jeff is fixing that. Did it occur to either of us to take "Before" pictures? Of course not.
- How about mid-way?
- Actually, the mid-way pictures look like crap. Anyway, trust me when I say I am on a campaign to make the most of the space we have here, which is not much, in a house that barely tops a thousand square feet. Thanks goodness for the StyroDome.
- That's another post.
